Before booking a place on any of our beginner courses, you will find it helpful to gather the following measurements as they are required during the booking process.  This information will help us to prepare the correct equipment prior to your arrival:

Height - measure from your feet to the top of your head in cms

Arm span - measure the distance between your fingertips on either hand, whilst holding your arms out as shown in the diagram.

Dominant hand - which hand do you typically use

Dominant eye - the eye you use when looking through a camera viewfinder.  If you are not sure, find a clock or a picture on a wall.  Form a circle with your thumb and forefinger and then extend your arm out.  Look at the clock or picture through the circle you have formed and then shut one eye at a time.  Whichever eye keeps the object centred in the circle is your dominant eye.
